LAURA HERNANDEZ

FOUNDING PARTNER

Laura is a founding partner of Americanos PAC. She has a 33-year professional career building some of the country’s most iconic brands, as well as a lifetime of directing social issues for the advancement of women and Hispanics. Before co-founding PPS, Laura served as Executive Director of Multicultural Marketing at AT&T where she oversaw strategic development of the AT&T brand and positioning of products and services to diverse markets. Laura and her team aligned insight driven, relevant marketing messages to augment brand preference among the Hispanic, Black, Asian-American, Americans with Disabilities, and the LGBTQ segments.

 

Throughout her 20-year career at AT&T, Laura also directed marketing and advertising initiatives focusing on direct mail and online tactics. In this capacity, Laura led efforts to use customer databases to build predictive models to drive consumer behavior among small business, Latino and Black segments. During her tenure, Laura also developed communication strategies for public policy issues affecting the company.

ERNEST BROMLEY

FOUNDING PARTNER

Ernest is a founding partner of Americanos PAC. He is the former Chairman/CEO of Bromley Communications, LLC, a leading national Hispanic marketing communications agency prior to its purchase by Publicis Worldwide in 2015. As part of the original team that founded the agency in 1981, Ernest was instrumental in developing the agency’s research and Hispanic marketing strategy through its Acculturation Influence Groups® model. The AIG model segments the Hispanic market based on language, culture and generation, and quickly became the industry standard. Ernest’s passion for research is fueled by his belief that effective messaging/advertising is built on strong consumer insights. Under Ernest’s direction, Bromley Communications empowered clients such as General Mills, Coors Light, Genentech, the National Basketball Association and Western Union to change the American marketplace.

 

In addition to overseeing the advertising/messaging research for Pescador, Ernest was a consultant who directed the Latino messaging research for Culture One World and Team Y&R (Young & Rubicam) on the US Census 2020 advertising campaign.

Lizza has experience across various sectors, having built a diversified career in client, agency and consultant l leadership roles.

MEDIA DIRECTOR

Tomás leads the media strategy and planning for clients. He is a national award-winning advertising professional with over 15 years of experience leading media strategy and activation for blue-chip companies across diverse categories. To make sense of the complex media landscape, Tomas believes that consumer insights and media usage trends are key in driving media-neutral solutions.

Benjamin is a digital advertising specialist with extensive experience providing organizations with modern tools for digital outreach. He has worked on digital strategy for various non-profit and government agencies, has over 15 years working in the government space, and has extensive experience in digital acquisition, digital persuasion, and digital advertising strategy.

Evita has a unique ability to create breakthrough creative campaigns that harvest unforeseen business opportunities. Her equal passion for creativity, innovation and business strategy makes her approach uniquely focused on driving unexpected results. In her 15+ years as a Creative in the US Hispanic Market she has crafted the creative strategies that launched brands such as Susan G. Komen, Enterprise Holdings, and Capital One into the marketplace.

Throughout his twenty-four-year career, Jerry has developed award winning creative for blue chip clients like Coca-Cola, Burger King and Anheuser Busch. He has written and produced reality shows for NBC Universal/Telemundo and Univision Network. Jerry has also used his wit and creative talents to write for popular podcasts with Agua Media.
